Eaton Kitchen: sheep's wool
Sheep's wool was purpose-built by nature's R&D department to insulate beautifully.

When insulating a stick frame house, wool is my go-to. Not only does it outperform conventional insulation in categories that people know to look for, like R-value (thermal performance), fire and pest resistance, and acoustic performance, it outperforms in areas that people don't even know to look for in their insulation: non-toxicity/carcinogenicity for producers, installers, occupants, and future generations, improving air quality by neutralizing toxins, superior vapor control, environmental sustainability, and cruelty-free production.
Also, it's a joy to handle. Like playing with big cozy stuffed animals.
